Really rewarding work with caring people

Pros

Owners seem to care a great deal about the clients and the staff, and the work that we all do. Everyone in office seems to be doing the best they can and program coordinators are coming out to the house at least once a week now.

Cons

pay is $13 an hour but that is what you expect in social service feild

If you don’t fit in their clique. You are not treated well. Talked down to. Management lacks accountability and interpersonal skills.

Does their best to accommodate schedules/hours for DSP's, advancement in positions, competitive wages, PTO, benefits, 401K.

Cons

Not enough accountability for people that are late, calling out continuously, or overall poor performance - they keep getting away with it because we are so desperate for staff. Some are there for an easy paycheck.
