      Pros

      Great opportunities for new grads, CFs please consider applying! Work consists of contract positions in schools and some private practice clinic work, all pediatrics. Competitive pay for amount of work. Flexible schedules. Appreciative owner and business office that helps keep therapists and families happy.

      Cons

      None from me personally. Due to the small business, some benefits may not be as comparable to other companies, but they recently offered 401K matching.

      Pros

      Great management, nice pay structures, employees are very nice and helpful, can treat children in a variety of settings.

      Cons

      Insurance reimbursement rates can prevent large raises - although, we do get them every year.
