Pros

I have been working for Compassionate care now for over a year and a half in children's services. The support I have received has been outstanding from the company and I have to say my Manager has been the best manager I have worked under. The rest of the company from recruitment, training, HR and compliance have been supportive which is so refreshing as this has lacked in companies I have worked for in the past. Working for this company has also given me the confidence to grow and learn in which I am truly grateful for.

Cons

No Cons at all, everything is good.

Pros

Working at Warriors House has honestly been a good experience. The team is friendly, people help each other out, and the atmosphere is relaxed most days. Leanne, our manager, is great at boosting your confidence and telling you when she sees potential in you, which makes you feel good about your job. The team leaders are also easy to talk to and always happy to give advice if you’re stuck on something.

Cons

Staff shortages often meaning we are asked to work extra

Pros

Working at Warriors House has been an incredibly rewarding experience. The organisation is truly dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care, and you can feel that commitment every day. The environment is supportive, respectful, and focused on making a real difference in the lives of the people we care for. A major reason Warriors House is such a fantastic place to work is the leadership. My manager, Leanne, is absolutely amazing—supportive, approachable, and deeply knowledgeable. She always takes the time to listen, guide, and encourage the team. Her leadership creates a positive and uplifting atmosphere where staff feel confident, valued, and motivated to give their best. I’m genuinely proud to be part of Warriors House and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a compassionate and professional health and social care setting.

Cons

Workload can be busy at times, especially during peak periods, but this is common in health and social care. Communication between shifts could occasionally be smoother, though improvements are always being made.
