      Possibility of remote work, absence of micromanagement, great colleagues with a lot to learn from, great CEO, frequent corporate parties (once in a season + sometimes something little, kinda sushi workshop)

      Colleagues are bright, but pretty nerdish and boring. Talk about work a lot on corporate parties. But it is IT...
