      This is a job thats not for everyone. It is hard work, but it pays off if you can become consistent.

      Business revenue is up year over year. One of the few firms in expansion mode. Good work life balance. No weekends, except to cover meetings.

      Cons

      Processes are woefully inadequate. Project profitability is difficult to calculate, yet it remains the key determinant for job performance. Time management requires putting out a lot of fires.
