      Pros

      Great work environment, always out to improve. Willing to work with you. Genuinely cares about their employees. Family like environment.

      Cons

      Fast paced environment, will only tolerate employees that are willing to be there. If you don't do your job right, scam the company in anyway or interfere with a patient referral or practice referral you are called out. However will work with you on correcting the mistake and ensuring it will not become a habit. Understanding owners given you are truthful and honest.

      Small provider group servicing a local, rural community. Flexible schedule. Co-workers are nice and always willing to help.

      Cons

      Scheduling could be improved. Compensation needs to be better.
