A Good Place To Work

Pros

As much of a training program as it is a job, you're taught the skills to run a successful business while earning money. Your background and previous is unimportant to the job which can often be a hindrance with other jobs. There's a friendly and positive atmosphere where everyone tries to help one another on a daily basis.

Cons

The hours are long and with it being 100% commission things can be difficult when first starting the job but usually turn around fairly quickly.

Like a training course that pays you for what you learn. Great way of gaining confidence in speaking to people also progression is in black and white so you know exactly what you need to do to move forward.

Cons

Definitely long hours but they fly by, your feet will hurt at first if you are not used to it. It will be hard work at first but if you stick with it you will start to see results and the progression
