      Pros

      The company has a strong team focus that spans all departments There's always something new to learn in a constantly evolving market The co-workers are great and the company culture reflects careful hiring and selection Employees can (and do!) affect change in the organization Executives are very approachable; their doors are always open The company is sensitive and responsive to market changes

      The company coached a couple of under-performing employees longer than necessary

      Pros

      The entire staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The pay is above average, and the benefits are good. The downtown location is super convenient, and they have excellent resources for a company this size.

      Cons

      The interview process was a bit drawn out, but that's really it.

      The team here is amazing. People genuinely care about their work and enjoy working together. It's an exciting time for the company with a lot of growth ahead.

      Cons

      With growth comes growing pains - you will see that everywhere and this is not an exception. Change is hard, but going through it with a fun and effective team makes it work.
