- Great products, all controllers manufactured in-house with rigorous QA - Business model truly benefits the customer, tons of glowing customer testimonials - Tremendous experience in the office and in the field, multiple employees with 10, 20, 30 years with the company - No elitist mentality from management and ownership. Everyone is willing to pitch in and get his/her hands dirty - Hard workers only, no bad apples - Supportive teammates. If you have questions and want to learn, they will help you succeed - Growth potential as an employee and as a company - Very nice office with comfortable working conditions
Cons
- Formal training is inconsistent, you have to want to take the initiative yourself - Small company, so you will wear a lot of hats
