CES a great company to work for with room for advancement. I started the company in the middle of the 2022 school year. I started as a PSA and was able to work my way up through the ranks of the company. This is a fast growing company so you have to be able to adapt to change very quickly. CES provides Professional development to help you grow into a better Professional student advocate as well as a better you. We are paid VERY WELL which makes me go up and beyond for our students. When i am with my team it never feels like work but the work always gets done.

I joined Concentric because I learned that at its core, the organization is all about never giving up on our children and removing barriers to their success. We are liaisons who are willing to go beyond expectations to give voice to the unheard, connect with all of our students who feel unseen, and ensure families as well as communities know they are honored in the village!
