Pros

The culture is a big part of the company. It's a rare exception of practice what you preach. There is a lot of room for upward growth, great benefits, many opportunities for personal growth such as book clubs, leadership training, financial webinara, etc. Very diverse and forward looking company.

Cons

Smaller team, not a bad thing but not a place for someone who wants to just get by. You'll be noticed for the good and the bad.

Pros

People focused culture, high accountability results driven organization. If you’re looking to grow personally and professionally, this is the right place! Egos are checked at the door and humility is cherished. It’s very refreshing to work in a mature environment after having spent the past 20 years at a Fortune 500 Corporation. Humbling and exciting to know I still have so much to learn and develop despite having been in the workforce as long as I have. No rat race mentality here, team members treat each other with respect and dignity. Collaboration is a core pillar of the Company principles. So if you need help, merely ask… onus is on you to speak up. There’s also no shortage of mentors here at this Company to help coach and guide, zero judgments from people a phone or Zoom video call away. Ever want to know what it’s like to be an entrepreneur? The Company practices EOS, which helps everyone throughout the organization understand their purpose. This also instills a level of entrepreneurial spirit in everyone. Your job title does not define you here, that’s a good thing because everyone’s voices are heard. Asking pertinent questions and staying curious is encouraged and highly valued. Expectations are high, yet crystal clear. The Company reinvests in their people, numerous trainings are provided to help ensure one’s on-going success. This is also well-balanced with having fun! Not only do you work hard here, people play hard too. It’s not uncommon to see team members enjoying each other’s company outside of work because they’ve become family. Benefits are very competitive and I’ve never seen such great concern and advocacy for financial and retirement planning from an employer. I wish I had this type of guidance and 401k matching early in my career! This is a direct result of the Founder’s own concern for team member’s well-being long after your employment.

Cons

It’s not for everyone, this Company is not for people who work just to collect a paycheck and go home. If you have thin-skin and cannot take constructive criticism, need not apply. If you’re not open to growth and development, you’ll likely struggle here. There is no faking it until you make it, honesty is another core value of the Company. What does this all mean? It means you work with mature professionals who are humble enough to know their personal and professional gaps all working towards “personal greatness”. People with high EQ will fit in well! If you’ve never worked in this type of environment, you don’t know what you’re missing! My quality of life on the homestead has vastly improved, this is directly correlated to my previous work environment. Oh yeah, did I mention they actually care about families and your personal well-being? It’s genuine and not some box checking exercise. It’s not uncommon to meet colleagues who have worked here 10 ~ 20 years because of the positive culture.
