      Pros

      Company Management is always there when needed and not overbearing. System support is great, and management is more concerned with treating the client right, and doing a good job you are called on to do. Helpful management that stays out of the way as long as you follow direction and pay attention.

      Cons

      The clients can be challenging based on their design and construction knowledge and lack of same.
