The staff at congregation was amazing. The knowledge of all the other servers was by far superior than any other business I have been to.
Cons
The only downside of working at Congregation Ale House for me was dealing with customers that were unruly and disrespectful. The congregation superiors were always great at handling those particular customers.
Good 401K. Working with some of the biggest names in craft beer. Meeting lots of interesting people coming into the downtown LB area. City events often take place withing the perimeters of the restaurant.
Cons
Upper management was misguided at times and would cause unnecessary stress. Pay is not enough for the job you do. Late hours. Drunks and homeless fights because of downtown location.
