      Pros

      You are so close to top management that you can literally run your ideas by them and the management "listens". This is the best place for unique minds and evolved thinkers, you get to try your ideas

      The industry itself is a little hard so it takes presistance

      1.) Management can be improved a bit , but as it is a start up so it is understood to face to day to day management issues rest everything is great
