I've really enjoyed my time working with ConnectOS. From my first day, everyone made me feel welcome and part of the team. The management team is approachable and genuinely listens to feedback and there's always encouragement to learn new things and grow in your role.

Cons

Sometimes the workload can get heavy, especially during peak times but the teamwork and support make it manageable.
