      Pros

      management are very genuine and provide support. there is a big focus on employee development and techs are encouraged to attain certifications which is supported by the company. i would not hesitate to recommend this employer

      Cons

      at times it can be quite busy but i would prefer work somewhere busy than somewhere thats dead quiet

      Pros

      Great people to work with, and always getting better. Management are genuine and inclusive in their approach to staff - transparent about plans, and happenings.

      Cons

      Nothing that comes to mind. As an MSP, clients can be challenging at times but this is not a major issue when you've got a great team alongside you and great support from management.

      Pros

      Amazing environment and people makes all the difference in IT. I joined as a consultant and learned more in 6 months than in 5 years at my previous role. Management is approachable at all levels and seemed to genuinely listen to my views sometimes implementing them.

      Cons

      Open office environment can be hard to work in sometimes, its very sociable. This can be equally helpful at times too though.
