you get comprehensive training to do the basics, they always try to match your skills and the job and get you Company looks after employees helping you build skills App to get booked in for jobs is fantastic a clear progression path within the company if thats what you want Great group of crew and crew chiefs Head office staff are friendly and always helpful

Cons

Not sure i can call this a "con" but not having night travel arrangements (full or subsides cab fare) when finishing after midnight means long night buses home. being very picky here
