Pros
You may notice some older reviews for Connecture that are horrible. Those are referring to the older Connecture NOT ConnectureDRX. The new Connecture CEO Grant Hoffman is an amazing leader and has rid the company of the toxic culture seen in previous reviews prior to 2018. Those reviews largely stem from the Call Center side of the business that was sold off.
For a company that is fully virtual for the most part they do great job keeping everyone engaged with each other and building a great culture around success, personal growth, and development. Hourly employees like Client Success Coordinators have opportunities for over time during AEP. Leadership from the top to the bottom are great! They really take care of their people and ensure that you have everything you need to be successful putting your personal goals within the company first. Teams work well together and there are a lot of opportunities to cross train with other areas of the business. Every one is extremely helpful and eager to connect no matter your role.

Only Con I experienced was not having many opportunities to meet co-workers face to face but that could be changing soon!
