      Pros

      Since joining, the culture here is great as everyone really helps each other no matter what team you are working in. There is lots of interaction between the SA and UK teams and there is an opportunity to work in the UK for 6 months. My team and manager have been really supportive of my development and really help me to upskill.

      Cons

      I do feel that the top management should make more effort in communicating business updates as we find out information through other employees in the business.

      - The culture is phenomenal and laid back, and pushes you and makes you want to grow and develop. - Fully remote, promoting a great work-life balance. - Fully subsidized health care is a major plus. - No micromanaging. - The SOC team are filled with great people and make for great mentors.
