      Consona CRM was a good place to work.

      Pros

      Consona has a great company culture, and tries really hard to make working for the company a rewarding experience.

      Cons

      Because Consona was a smaller company, Sales and Marketing could have used more resources.

      Pros

      Great growth opportunities for advancement especially when the company does acquisitions. Communication around company performance and goals and achievements is very empowering.

      Cons

      Don't really have any other than it is a real strong culture around performance and if you are one who like political based cultures than you should look elsewhere, might be a negative for some but is a real positive for me because I have worked in very political cultures and hated it.
