      There is no constant monitoring, the team is super close-knit and always willing to help you. Zero micromanaging, it is one of the companies most concerned about the work-life balance of its employees. The best benefit of all is the 4-day work week.

      Cons

      No matter how hard you try, salary increases are minimal and it takes a long time to get them approved, the process is time consuming and stressful.
