Pros

The best thing at Contac was the management and direction provided by Riaz Pisani. He’s an incredibly influential, kind, and 0 tolerance type of person that pushes you to reach potential you didn’t know you could tap into. The only reason I left Contac was because I had no reason to stay after he was gone.

Cons

Altogether, without the discretion of Riaz, the company headed into a direction that no longer held my interest.

Pros

I have been with the company for 5 years and each year I have seen the company grow year over year. During this period I have been able to grow and move up with the Contac Services and really take charge of my career. My managers have welcomed my ideas and encouraged me to push my career to greater heights. It has been a lot of fun being part of this growth and I am excited to see where we can take it!

Cons

Client Facing Deadlines can be a bit stressful but this will happen anywhere and is part of the experience for career development. More social events would be nice.

Position and salary promoted with performance review. The company did recognize good people. The CEO is a good entrepreneur, always thinking ahead, respects good employee, fueled by a passion for his product and service.

Cons

Their product is cutting edge, however the timing is not good due to financial issues at the company. The management already did their best.
