      Pros

      I have worked for ContentWatch for almost 11 years. It has been great working for a company that is driven to provide solutions to help keep child safe online and also to help parents in this digital age. The work is very rewarding and the people are wonderful to work with. Management tries very hard to ensure that the employees feel appreciated and there is a lot of transparency. There is much collaboration and everyone's ideas are requested and taken into consideration

      Pros

      - Great growth opportunities. (They want to invest in your career) - Co-workers have positive relationships. - Management is fun to be around, flexible and relatively open to ideas. (I love that fact that I can talk to the CEO on a personal level every day!)

      Cons

      - Because it's a small company the work can be rigorous at times, but it's innovative and exciting overall. It's nice to be part of a admirable team!

With a new focus on the future and a team that is dedicated to bringing innovation and industry disruptive ideas to life, this is a company that will be making headlines in the near future. Incredibly smart and talented employees from the top down. Working at ContentWatch is a great opportunity to work with the latest tech, rub shoulders with incredibly bright and dedicated co-workers and provide a product that positively impacts the world.

      Cons

      If you're afraid of change, taking on responsibility, working in a fast paced agile environment, being challenged and owning your commitments, you should probably pass on this company.
