Pros

The people are what make Contentive such a great place to work - everyone is really friendly, supportive and collaborative. The company makes a big effort to support wellbeing and offers genuinely flexible working plus perks like early finish Friday. Because it's a relatively small and fast-growing business, there are plenty of opportunities for you to grow and get involved with things outside your immediate role.

Cons

Work loads can sometimes be very high, however in my experience managers do all they can to support and ensure it's not overwhelming.

Pros

Contentive is a great place to work. The managers look after their employees and the culture is fantastic. There is flexibility, growth and above all else the people that you get to work with are amazing. It is great that so much thought goes into the learning and development of people and I can't wait to see how much the company grows.

Cons

As a fairly new starter I was a little concerned by seeing the negative reviews, but Contentive are working to improve from the inside out.
