Great company to work for!! As Contentoo is a scale-up, it offers growth opportunities. Contentoo values a vibrant and inclusive work culture. People are very friendly and hard-working, whereby working hard but also playing hard is key. Additionally, Contentoo is committed to the growth and development of its employees, providing ample opportunities for learning and skill enhancement. Also, the company promotes a healthy work-life balance, ensuring that employees have time for personal pursuits and well-being. We do sports together, have yearly team outings, 'Vrijmibo' and drinks. Of course, working hard is key, but mental health is taken into consideration very well. There is room for open communication and feedback. Due to Contentoo being a scale-up, processes are of course not always in place. If you do not like change, you should rather start working for a corporate. If you are in for quick changes and helping a company grow to its full potential, this is a company where you can learn a lot and build a business. I would definitely recommend working for Contentoo if you are looking for a great scale-up.
