      Pros

      Context Matters is a great place to work with smart individuals and great company culture. They are generous with company holidays, time off and personal matters. There is a great deal of flexibility and opportunities to work remotely. Teamwork really feels like "team work" as it is a collaborative environment. It's small enough to be able to recruit from within for the growing demand of the industry and needs of the company. Context Matters really cares about their employees.

      Cons

      The training process is a bit confusing.

      great company with very smart people and congenial, relaxed culture and wonderful CEO. big data + healthcare analytics is a rapidly growing space. ability to work on unique projects and gain an understanding of the clinical trials, regulatory, and reimbursement landscapes around the world. fantastic opportunity to work with the decision makers in big pharma/biotech

      Company is growing, more sales staff will be necessary in order to make continued growth scaleable

      Pros

      The company culture is fantastic, and encourages work-life balance. There's a great deal of flexibility, which allows for working remotely when necessary. Company holidays and paid time off are generous. Colleagues are a group of smart, and friendly folks who work collaboratively and support each other.

      Cons

      There are opportunities for improvement in communication. Would like to see a more formal employee evaluation process utilized.
