      Pros

      This company has been one of the best places I have ever work. We have a great team and management will work with you if you need time off or have appts. I continue to learn something new everyday even through I been verifying benefits for 20 years. No patient is the same and I really enjoy working for them

      Team work, the company is continually in a process improvement mode...which is great! They are working on strategies to improve communication, work flow efficiency and recognize and reward accomplishments.....great "family -team" atmosphere...

      Cons

      would love ability to progress in company , however it is more of a lateral position at this time.
