I have been working at contixo for more than 2 years now. The management will expect work amount in which a lot of people expect it to be too much but you learn to manage. For the first 6 months i hated the work and even thought of quitting but after i learned to manage time, i was able to get so much done.

Cons

Management may demand too much. But after talking to the upper management, you learn to manage. It takes time.
