      Pros

      You get to work with the latest technology in software for BPM and RPA. As a small company you can get involved in many aspects of the company and make a direct impact. There are good training opportunities available. The team are great to work with giving a good atmosphere. Senior management/colleagues are willing to give time to each other to help sharing knowledge and expertise.
