It is truly a team based organization. Most wholesale companies have a competitive nature to them which is great, but not with your own team. Convelo competes with the industry itself and not each other within the organization which is attacked as a team. With operating this way you can truly grow together with equal opportunities and concentrate on the ultimate goal of growth.
Cons
Truly do not have anything negative to say about this company, but there is always room for improvement and if I had to pick something it would be new hire training and resources for system manuals.
