Strong and wise management team. Top notch customers and employees. Sound financial condition. Good product roadmap. Customers are very important to the company. Decisions are made with long term in mind. Excellent pay and competitive benefits for employees. Remote work or in-office if desired. CEO knows every employee.

The company does a good job helping you be the best you can be at your job and maintaining good communication during work-from-home. The people are also great to work with as well. There are good opportunities for advancement and the vision for company growth is excellent.
