I am pleased you have been able to work alongside warm and welcoming colleagues while working on the many varied projects our exciting and diverse client base provides. The issue of time zones does make managing your schedule difficult as you say, but hopefully, as you rightly point out, we do offer the flexibility to manage your own schedule which can be hugely beneficial.
I agree with you that managing internal communication is one of the biggest challenges we face with our extended global team. We host a team-wide call on a Monday to ensure everyone keeps abreast of what’s going on as well as regular strategy updates. We try to get the whole team together in person once a year although, as we get bigger this gets more challenging. We have recently made some small changes in our structure, which should help you to feel more involved and to improve communication. I am always open to hearing your opinions so if you have any suggestions on how to do more here, then please do let me know.
