      Best in class product for one of the fastest growing platforms (Salesforce). Innovative culture and Strong team

      Cons

      Growing company means changes. Not necessarily a con in my opinion because change means the company is able to pivot fast and tackle a constantly changing landscape

      Learning and building real solutions

      Pros

      The days here are interesting because there are always new features or fixes to work on. Most of the engineers are easy to talk to, and if you get stuck, someone usually helps out. People share ideas openly and are happy to discuss better ways of solving a problem. Managers mostly let engineers focus on their work, so there are no unwelcome distractions. The pay and benefits feel about right.

      Cons

      Some features require multiple review rounds, which can add a lot to the workload.

      1. If you want a proper intro to tech sales, this is a strong place to start. 2. Effective onboarding 3. Clear communication from management 4. Pleasure working with a competent team 5. Sense of being part of something meaningful, not just filling seats

      Cons

      Performance metrics matter a lot, and the pace doesn’t slow down.
