      Pros

      Copesan is a great place to work! The company provides great benefits and competitive wages. The organization has a family type feel and senior management is very accessible. The President is a dynamic leader with lots of energy. She makes a sincere effort to connect with employees at all levels.

      Cons

      Copesan runs rather lean and is a fast paced environment which provides plenty of growth and development challenges.

      Nice lunch room with free Starbucks coffee, newer building, safe area to work, friendly coworkers, management is supportive, casual dress Fridays

      Cons

      No bonuses or extra pay opportunities for non management staff, big gap in pay between normal staff and management
