Like many startups, there are some growing pains but their commitment to improvement and adaptability is clear. It’s exciting to be part of a workplace that listens to its employees and is continuously evolving. The focus is on providing excellent member care and making it a great place to work. Culture is great and nurses are appreciated. Leaders encourage work-life balance! Although it’s remote, you feel totally connected and have support from your peers if needed.

It’s a startup and it’s nursing. There is always going to be change. If you’re not flexible and adaptable, it’s probably not the place for you.
