Collaborative work culture with high ownership and trust. Individually, we get decision-making power across brand, performance, and growth. Manager is supportive and also challenge very consistently. Leadership is approachable, open to ideas, and encourages experimentation. Office is situated in a very accessible and good area center with all other tech giants like Microsoft, Wipro, Google.
Cons
Not a con but speed is very fast, not for all people. You are challenged often and work most time would come without structure.
