      Upper management really cares about the employees. There are tons of opportunities to learn new technologies and grow as a developer. Good work is recognized and they give great opportunities to grow your career. Great work-life balance. Overall a wonderful place to work

      Pros

      Counterpoint has been an amazing place to work. I have been able to build up my career from scratch gaining experience with client interaction and many different technology stacks. I truly believe management cares about its employees as people which is rare these days. Work-life balance is strongly encouraged, while burn out is strongly discouraged and avoided. Company culture is fantastic, and there is no shortage of activities and events to help entertain and keep camaraderie between employees.

      Cons

      Sometimes project staffing changes or ancillary activities are sprung on you on seemingly very short notice. There is a method and reason to it all, but this can be surprising/jarring at times.
