      Pros

      - regular exec town halls so very transparent communication between exec and team - great benefits, including parental leave and monthly wellness days - very supportive culture - flexible hybrid working - catered lunches twice a week - great people

      Cons

      - career paths for some teams are not clear, but this is being worked on - finance team

      Pros

      Global company, lots of smart people, very friendly. Good snacks, lunches. Flat structure. You can really make an impact. Results-driven, Wellness days are great. Lots of opportunities to grow and learn in your role, New office has just opened in Vancouver, and a number of people have moved there or to SF or NY, there have also been more team/group off-sites, and so much hiring and expansion right now, all very positive, nice to see new faces in the office, in all different teams. I've only been here a year and a half but feel likes we're definitely going places, and good to be part of that growth

      Cons

      The return to office has been mostly positive, but there are always people resistant to change, and then a bit of dissatisfaction around that. Running out of space in the Sydney office, and meeting rooms frequently booked out, could do with more space and better sound proofing. Wellness day is great, but would be good to have healthcare cover in Australia, even some sort of subsidy/discount through a partner?

      Pros

      A lot of opportunity to grow. Management is really easy on employees for the most part. the culture is very casual and non strict.

      Cons

      Its not an environment for everyone. If you're expecting kombucha and clarity, you wont get it. The hours and global schedules are harsh but it comes with flexibiity.
