- free fruits and drinks - great working atmosphere - many team events - office dogs - one is involved in many tasks/topics - appreciation - trust-based working time - home office is possible - career opportunities because of a growing team
Cons
It becomes noticeable as soon as a person is absent due to illness or holidays because it is a small team. But if you like to work for your company, you can also do this for a certain period of time and it should be no problem.
