Pros

I worked here throughout high school, and loved how willing they were to work with my schedule. The environment fosters creativity, the customers are relatively relaxed given the nature of the store, and I really enjoyed the people I worked with.

Cons

If money weren't a thing, I'd have stayed here forever. It's a wonderful place to work for fun, but not somewhere I was able to stay and make a living.

Customers love the excellent customer service and the creative craft ideas they can look at when they come in.

Cons

A fairly small family-owned business so they can't offer a lot of benefits and health insurance is rather high.

Really enjoyed my time here as a Sales Associate. The owners were great and it was always busy so the days flew by. The owners of Craft Warehouse are phenomenal people.

Cons

The employees are older and can be cranky. However, management was fine and treated everyone fairly. The break room could also use an updating
