      Pros

      Really treats staff well. Genuinely value welfare and work/life balance. Lots of perks like free food, socials and big parties, free rucksack, free massages etc.

      Not the highest pay as it's not London

      Pros

      Company culture is family oriented. The expectation from executive team and my peers are to work as a team to exceed customers expectations. Mentoring programs, volunteering for the community and advancement opportunities are found.

      Cons

      Need more executive focus on strategic planning to drive brand, and assure customers and potential customers understands all of our offerings from a marketing perspective and CRM perspective. Not a clear definition of what our goals are for next year, the next or even 5 years.

      Pros

      Great opportunity for growth! The creative and development department have great flexibility and not governed by red tape. It is the perfect place for multidisciplinary creatives with backgrounds in both design and development. I've worked at agencies where you were given a PSD file and told to go to town on it. At Overground you have the opportunity to dive into all stages of a project and actually bring your practice area expertise to the table. Perks: Team activities, Team lunches, happy hour and management's commitment to helping you grow

      Cons

      For some folks change might be a con. The company is growing, things will change, but at least you have a voice to be heard.
