      Pros

      The culture in the company is the best. Always feel like the team has your back and that you are valued. The fairly flexible hours and fully remote policy is great. Have regular conversations on career path and training, courses, and mentoring towards those goals.

      Cons

      The usual growing pains of a start up where new processes have to be developed to address new issues as the company grows.

      Great Culture, Solid Leadership

      Pros

      The collaborative culture at Craftsman+ is a refreshing change from other companies and industries that can be toxic or counterproductively competitive. Everyone is treated as an expert who can own their position and grow to be their best. People are actually seen when they do a great job, nail a presentation, or handle a client well. The Founder/CEO is a leader in the space, and we get to work with a ton of amazing brands/tech clients that are household names. Leadership encourages employees to take the time they need for family, personal passions, etc. The remote-first culture lets us take advantage of travel opportunities, and visit each other across the US and Europe.

      Cons

      Since everyone is remote, it can be hard to have face time with everyone in the company.
