If you're new to professional services, then entering timecards and focusing on billable utilization rates will probably be an adjustment.
There is a start-up "feel" which is both a pro and a con. Ultimately I enjoy the flexibility of processes still in development, but there is still some confusion and inefficiency around who owns what and how things are done. Everyone is well-intentioned and communicative though and we figure it out.
Outside of gender, the team is not particularly diverse demographically. There is clearly desire to become more diverse, without knowing how.
Not a ton of options for progression at the moment, but certification and professional development is encouraged and rewarded.
