      Good people, stable business, variety of products and services to keep things interesting. Personal interaction with ownership.

      Small company with great culture

      Pros

      I love working at Cranel. It is a small family-owned company that really takes its time hiring new employees. Because of this, only high-quality people who fit into the culture (strong work ethic, good values, positive outlook) work here.

      Cons

      Some of the management is a little old school so you have to be open-minded that new ideas may be tough to pass through. Male dominant company. Zero benefits to part time employees-I feel like a third party employee.

      Pros

      Rewarding place to work if you are competitive, intelligent and hard-working. The owner is involved in the company and with the employees. While this is a for-profit business, they take "family-owned and operated" to heart. Work/life balance is very important. Work hard but don't miss out on your life while you do it.

      Cons

      Flat structure limits upward mobility.
