This is a great company to work for. The company has gone through quite a lot of change recently but is now on a path to growth. - great proven technology - solid customer references - huge market opportunity - very motivated and capable team - flexible workhours - results oriented management - great off-sites - no bureaucracy - loyal investors
Cons
There are a lot of sales opportunities which makes it hectic, but that is part of the growth.

- Setup to a VC funded deep tech scaleup last year; now complete ready to go through the next phases - Collaborative work environment - Flexible work/offices (fully remote, partial remote, ...), competitive perks - A US type tech start/scale-up sitting with main physical presence in Europe

- Significant leadership changes in 2020 - It is a start-up/scale-up; making the next round of funding is always a topic
