Pros
Working with people who are 16-25/30 years old is really fun. We all worked together really well as a team. Management is pretty understanding. They work well with everyone's schedules, so you can take certain days off or go on vacations, etc.
Cons
Customers are extremely rude sometimes. Shifts sometimes 6-7 with no breaks besides if you smoke you can, but I do not. Made only 8.50 even after 3 years of working there.

Pros
the hours are flexible, and the managers are always knowledgeable.Seeing the kids smile at the sight of their ice-cream brings me great happiness.
Cons
The rush of dollar hotdogs on Wednesdays creates a great deal of stress for employees and causes customers to be short and impatient. The necessity to fix machinery and and hardware is ignored the vast majority of the time, and is left to the employees to pick up the slack for broken and defective hardware.
