Great management, great team, great people, gratifying work and amazing learning opportunities!

Cons

The only downside was the competitivity of the salary. Though compensation is reasonable, Createch can't compete with other companies that often approach their employees with much higher offers due to the quality of their work. These much better paid opportunities are difficult to refuse considering the big impact on life quality.

You can work 100% from home or at the office. There is a policy to work from anywhere 6 during the summer and the hours are very flexible.

Cons

You need to learn the craft before seeing more freedom in your work. Expect a year or two.
