Pros

Great people and team members that value one another and support each other. Benefits package is competitive. I enjoy the culture and how the company treats us as employees instead of just another number. I like the opportunity I have to drive improvements and have a voice.

Cons

The company is growing so change happens and not all people like change so I can see this as a con for some, I have not minded the change however do state that this is not a place where status quo is the expected standard.
