      Pros

      Creative Motion Control is a small company where we work alongside the owners every day. They see what we do to achieve the goals of the company and are very much invested in employee well-being.

      Cons

      Not much room for lateral movement.

      Good learning experience for an early-career engineer

      Pros

      The engineering team was very patient and eager to help me learn and grow as an engineer. The operations manager is friendly and willing to be somewhat flexible in managing customer needs and engineering specifications. The machinists and assemblers are also all friendly and willing to explain things.

      Cons

      The nature of how the company handles sales means the engineering -> design -> manufacturing process has to be done at a lightning pace which can put lots of pressure on the engineers, machinists, and assemblers.
