I work with awesome people and I like what I do.
Cons
Pay starts low and stays low; it's like pulling teeth to get a raise. I have a feeling that men are paid more than women here. There really isn't room for growth, either.

Pros
Diverse work, from design to mailing. Many weekly and monthly publications. Equipped with digital, offset and web presses, as well as complete mailing capabilities. Sound understanding of mailing requirements. Great customer relations, well-known in the community. Won flamingo award three years in a row from Printing Association of Florida.
Cons
Quotes need to be done as quickly as possible - in the past customer sometimes had to wait up to three days to receive quotes. .
